Registration information and types
All members and all meeting presenters must register to attend the meeting.
Registration types & procedure
Members
- Please click the "Register Now" button, select the member registration type and sign-in to your profile. Select member registration type once again and the system will pull your contact information.
- Guest/spouse registration. This registration type is available as an addition to your member registration and is valid for social events only (not valid for attending the lectures). Only one spouse/guest is allowed. If you need to add more than one guest for social activities only, please contact Miguel Ocque @ mocque@mms.org (or 781-434-7314).
- Please note that members can “sponsor” one (1) non-member physician AND one (1) trainee (either a fellow in training, resident, or med student) to attend the meeting lectures and social activities. Both of these registration types require the "sponsored" participant to register by themselves (see below).
Sponsored non-member physicians or trainees
- Please click the "Register Now" button and select your registration type.
- A text box with a search functionality will request the name of your sponsoring member.
- Once you select your sponsoring member, please complete the form to register and submit your payment. Please note that if you already have an account in our system (with your email address), you will be prompted to sign in.

PHYSICIAN FEES INCLUDE: Continental Breakfast, Breaks, Thursday Lunch, Welcome Reception, Thursday Dinner at the Palacio do Correio-Mor, and Saturday Banquet.
SPOUSE FEES INCLUDE: Continental Breakfast (at hospitality suite), Welcome Reception, Thursday Dinner at the Palacio do Correio-Mor, and Saturday Banquet.
HALF DAY SINTRA & NATIONAL PALACE VISIT — FRIDAY (all) Optional. Must be preregistered. Includes: Transportation / Tour guide assistance (in English) and Audio Guides / National Palace of Sintra entrance. Cost: $62 P/P.
PLEASE NOTE that fees cannot be adjusted for partial or nonattendance of social events.
